Clinic Guidelines:

1. Aggressive animals -- The safety of our patients, their owners, and our staff is of primary importance at Well Pets. Aggressive animals must be securely muzzled and properly restrained by their owners. If in the judgment of the clinic veterinarian, a pet is deemed too aggressive to be examined or not healthy enough to be vaccinated, they will be referred to a local veterinary hospital.

2. Barking dogs -- We ask that barking dogs be held or walked away from the examination area as a courtesy to other clients and our staff, to decrease the stress level of pets being examined, and to facilitate thorough and efficient exams by our veterinarians.

3. Sign-up sheets - Our clinics operate on a first come, first served basis, but we do encourage patrons to use our sign-up sheets. Although not an appointment, patrons who have signed up for a time slot and arrive at that time will receive preferential treatment and will have a shorter wait than those without a sign up time. Time slots are available for each half hour with the last one thirty minutes prior to the clinic's scheduled close. Patrons who leave a phone number may receive a reminder call.

4. Pricing - Prices for all services are listed on the clinic flyers. Please note the information on individual vaccine pricing and exam fees.

5. Service charges – Well Pets maintains the medical records of all pets seen at our clinics and can provide these to hospitals, boarding facilities, or grooming facilities usually within 24-48 hours. The service charge of $3.00 per pet/invoice (or $4.00 for credit/debit card transactions) covers the cost of maintaining these records and invoice processing.

6. Questions -- All questions regarding clinic policies, pricing, or procedures should be directed toward the clinic veterinarian
